Strong sales prompt new apartment release

A bumper housing market has led to the early release of stage two of the Mirada apartments at Suttons Beach.

More than 70 percent of the Horan Group’s first stage sold in record time, largely to down-sizers seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle.

CBRE Residential Projects managing director Paul Barratt says the strong sales in stage one showed people are migrating from surrounding suburbs, as well as the southern states, to buy into the coastal strip.

Bayside proves popular

“We’ve experienced huge demand for projects with a bayside or coastal flavour, but well positioned for accessibility to the city – and Mirada and Redcliffe tick all of these boxes,” Paul says.

“We are selling out of stage one much faster than anticipated, and I have no doubt the second stage of the project will be snapped up just as quickly.”

Brad Wootten, director of Constructions Group and Mirada’s appointed builders, says the apartments amplified the Hamptons style, but with a modern twist.

Unparalleled view

“Residents can expect a host of premium fixtures and finishes including stone benchtops, downlighting in all rooms, walk-in wardrobes, soft-close cabinetry and free-standing baths reflective of the overall Hamptons-inspired, classic style of the design,” Brad says.

“Outside the apartments, residents can enjoy well-appointed communal spaces, from the 25-metre recreation and lap pool to the residents’ lounge and outdoor kitchen and dining area.

“Of course, the crown jewel of the complex lies with the expansive panoramic water views or lush leafy surrounds available to residents at all levels of the building,” he says.

Prices start at $595,000. For more information or to enquire click here.
