Open day at Affinity over 50s

Open day at Affinity over 50s

Excitement is in the air ahead of the Annual Street Party at Affinity Lifestyle Resort on March 27.

With display homes open and completed homes for sale, visitors will be able to view these beautiful spacious homes for themselves. Located in Morayfield, there is easy access to major shopping centres and medical facilities.

A unique characteristic of this site is that it is surrounded by natural bushland and has Sheep Station Creek flowing on the perimeter, making it quiet but still just a short drive to the highway.

Construction of a five-star clubhouse is on track and it is due to open soon, adding to the stunning facilities on offer.

Homeowners will be able to spend their days relaxing in the magnesium spa, swimming lengths in the lap pool, working out in the fully equipped gym or gathering with neighbours for a game of lawn bowls.

There is even an off-leash dog area, so pets can make new friends too. Limited caravan parking is available on site. Not only will the resort clubhouse make it easier for owners to stay fit and healthy, it will also give them the confidence to try new things in a supportive environment.

The resort has been designed to naturally set the scene for social connections. Affinity Lifestyle Resort sales consultant Lyn Morrison said: “The new resort clubhouse is going to be the cherry on the cake for this truly unique community. Everyone is excited to see construction progressing so quickly.

“Affinity Lifestyle Resort has so much to offer and the best way to experience it is to join us at one of our free events.” With sales already booming, the upcoming open day is an event not to be missed with lucky door prizes, complimentary refreshments, entertainment, and a special release promotion on display homes.

“I have found that people who attend these events love the fact they get to experience first-hand what it’s like to live at Affinity with the added benefit of getting to meet current homeowners, who could be your future neighbours and friends,” Ms Morrison said.
