Navigate funding with Right at Home

Right at Home Moreton Bay Region is dedicated to caring for the elderly in our community.

Our dedicated staff help vulnerable community members access funding for in-home care services under the Federal Government’s Home Care Package (HCP) program.

Right at Home is an approved provider under the Aged Care Act, which guarantees we deliver high quality home care services to eligible recipients.

The Federal HCP program, which is managed by My Aged Care, offers four levels of funding to help meet the varying levels of care older people require.

Right at Home provides a full range of in-home care, support, and assistance services, including skilled nursing, dementia care, domestic support, companionship, personal, and postoperative care.

Our tailored services give clients the opportunity to determine which services they require, and when.

Maintaining dignity, independence

Right at Home adapts its services to suit the client’s specific needs, helping them maintain dignity and independence in their own home.

Right at Home can help navigate My Aged Care and the HCP program.

Our caring professionals help people register with My Aged Care and arrange an ACAT assessment, which is used to identify the level of care required.

Right at Home provides support through the income assessment process and advises if there are any supplementary subsidies you might be eligible for.

Once a package has been assigned, and if you choose us as your provider, Right at Home works with you to develop a personalised care plan and budget.
