Multimillion-dollar clubhouse at Thyme Lifestyle Resort

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay has officially opened its new multimillion-dollar Country Club with the latest recreation and leisure facilities, along with the recently renovated Blue Gum Pavilion, for its over-50s lifestyle community.

Federal Member for Longman Terry Young, State Member for Morayfield Mark Ryan, Moreton Bay Region Mayor Peter Flannery, Serenitas Head of Sales Marlene Cumming, and Thyme Lifestyle Resort Manager Annette Holland were present for the official opening earlier this month.

Each of the spaces in the purpose-built facility has been created to deliver health, leisure and lifestyle benefits for the community while providing opportunities for Thyme Moreton Bay homeowners to forge meaningful connections with others.

Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols explains: “Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay now offers an even broader range of luxurious facilities in our two newly created leisure and recreation precincts designed for the community, friends and family to come together”.

Built with lifestyle in mind

The new Country Club has been designed for recreation and leisure, featuring indoor/outdoor dining spaces, a private bar, fitness studio, luxurious cinema, bowling green and community kitchen. Homeowners are particularly excited about the new heated magnesium pool and spa, which offers health benefits from the magnesium as well as the opportunity to enjoy a swim all year round.

The Blue Gum Pavilion has also reopened to the community after undergoing extensive renovations.

The new social, creative and events precinct is designed to complement the country club. The first stage of renovations of the Blue Gum Pavilion included a snooker, darts and bar room, library, art and craft studio, alfresco lounge and a private function space called The Entertainer.

Additional facilities are scheduled to open soon, including a hobby shed and herb and vegetable garden.

“The investment in the facilities at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay is so important in helping cultivate a rich, engaging and supportive community,” Mr Nichols said.

“The opening of the new Country Club and Blue Gum Pavilion will provide homeowners a broad and diverse range of facilities, allowing the community to come together, be social, get creative, stay active and enjoy special moments in time.”
