The $399.5 million Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project will reach a raft of milestones over the next 12 months.
Works will continue on the new Clinical Services Building (CSB) and the Multi-Storey Carpark, which are scheduled to open in 2023.
Both buildings are already towering above the construction site perimeter fence and are on track to celebrate their ‘topping out’ ceremonies this year, when they reach the highest point.
Concrete pours for levels 2, 3 and 4 and the lift and stair cores in the CSB will continue and fitout and façade activities will become a key focus this year.
Construction on the Multi-Storey Carpark site will also ramp-up this year with scaffolding up to Level 3 set to be fully installed in the early part of 2022.
The $399.5 million redevelopment of Caboolture Hospital is seen as one of the most important health infrastructure projects in the state.
It is set to deliver a bigger and better hospital with more health services and improved parking for the Caboolture community.
