A Department of Education spokesperson said it included junior and senior science centres, technology, engineering and maths (STEM), food and hospitality, art and design, senior learning and performing arts.
Work on the project, which will eventually cost $26.8 million, began late last year and is due to finish late this year.
There was also $7.9 million in the State Budget for a $13.2 million, three-storey learning block at Mango Hill State School.
The spokesperson said it would include 16 general learning areas, staff facilities and a large under croft with eight learning areas. Work started last month and should finish for Term 2, 2022.
Redcliffe Hospital received $10 million, in the new budget, as part of $66.3 million to improve services, including a new MRI machine.
Redcliffe State High School has $550,000 for ‘improved learning spaces’, Deception Bay North State School $500,000 to upgrade the amenities block and Deception Bay State School $280,000 towards a $5 million project for a new hall facility.
