Redcliffe Parade will be transformed into an old-fashioned fiesta with fabulous food, family fun, culture and music on May 2.
The Redcliffe Markets will create a carnivale along the seaside strip, complete with Latin-American street food.
My Kitchen Rules finalist, Peruvian chef Ruby Kakafo will bring her Numero Uno food truck, which will be joined by Carlos Tacos, My Latino Fusion, No Way Jose, Churros Bites, Hierba Santa, Paella Man, Pipi Cucu and Cactus Jacks spilling onto the street with their Fiesta Terraza.
There will be roving entertainers, traditional dancers, graceful stilt-walkers, samba work and handmade arts and crafts.
Traditional Latin-American street food will be the order of the day, with nachos, empanadas, tacos and more.
The fiesta is at Redcliffe Parade, Redcliffe on Sunday, May 2 from 8am-2pm.
