EPIC Assist to give office furniture away

EPIC Assist to give office furniture away

EPIC Assist is giving away a stack of office furniture it no longer needs to businesses and charities in the Moreton Bay Region doing it tough.

There’s everything from room dividers to filing cabinets, chairs, tables, carpet mats and desks. There’s even a fridge, microwave and heaters.

How it will work

First-in best-dressed! Anyone interested in the items, is asked to contact EPIC Assist’s Property Co-ordinator Erickson Ilustre. Email erickson.ilustre@epicassist.org or phone Erickson on 0407 653 505.

The organisation is hoping to give the items away in the next couple of weeks.

Why EPIC Assist is doing this

EPIC Assist Chief Operating Officer Rick Staveley says it made sense to give the items away to businesses and charity groups doing it tough.

“As a not-for-profit organisation, it is extremely important to us to give back to the community we belong to. Being in a position to help other charities with our surplus office furniture is just one of those ways,” Rick explains.

“By donating our surplus office furniture, we are able to help other businesses within the Moreton Bay region join us to build a stronger community.”

EPIC Assist has been helping people with disability find and maintain employment for 30 years. Key to this is providing a personalised service for every person and staying with them on their journey until help is no longer needed.
