Picture special on club's biggest carnival

Entry 454858

Caboolture Little Athletics’ Twilight Carnival had entries from across the Moreton Bay Region and far beyond making it the club's biggest in recent memory.

More than 40 clubs, from Bundaberg down to the Gold Coast, sent a total of 659 young athletes to Centenary Lakes for the huge event on Saturday

It has been described as the largest number of athletes any current committee member at Caboolture Little Athletics can remember for their club carnival.

Stephen Archer was there to capture the action.

Personal bests

For many, it was a first opportunity to compete outside their weekly club competitions and led to many personal bests.

Caboolture Little Athletics has been operating for more than 30 years. It caters for athletes from Under 5 to Under 17.

Registrations for the 2021-22 season, which goes through to March, are still open.
