Liquorland and Empire Kebabs will start trading later this year with EMF Performance Centre and Prosper Exercise Physiology early in 2022.
Capestone Village shopping centre has three precincts - retail, health, wellness and lifestyle; restaurants and cafes; and other amenities.
There is the 2000sq m Everfresh Supermarket, a Chemist Warehouse, medical centre and will be about 20 speciality stores across two levels by the freshwater lake.
