Create dining magic at home with Graze

Showcasing amazing local produce has always been at the heart of what Graze at Samford is all about.

And the business, which makes Insta-worthy gourmet grazing boxes and tables right here in the beautiful Moreton Bay Region, isn’t slowing down any time soon.

With enjoy-at-home dining experiences as popular as ever, and ‘night in’ being the new ‘night out’, Graze has teamed with Laceys Hill Distilling Co. and Ocean View Estates to offer home-delivered boxes now with tasty gins and wines.

Cheers to local collaboration!

As Graze’s Project and Creative Manager, Rebecca Worton, explains, Graze at Samford prides itself on featuring the very best of South East Queensland produce.

Favourites include Little White Goat Cheese (Wamuran) Persian feta, and Ugly Duck Fine Foods (Kandanga) products. But it doesn’t stop there.

“Collaborating with both Ocean View Estates and Laceys Hill Distilling Co. was the next obvious step in collaborations, as we are able to offer a holistic solution to people treating themselves or a loved one in isolation,” Rebecca says.

Some of the new additions to the decadent grazing boxes are Laceys Hill’s award-winning Lemon Myrtle Gin and Moreton Sunrise Botanical Gin.

Ocean View Estates Winery & Restaurant is nestled in the rolling hills along the Mount Mee Tourist Drive, while Laceys Hill is a boutique distillery located near Dayboro.

It’s a match made in foodie heaven!

Add a little sparkle to celebrations & milestones – yes, even in lockdown

Despite current challenges faced by businesses, Graze at Samford remains “extremely busy”, and has even introduced zero-contact delivery options so that no one misses out on marking those special occasions.

“People are celebrating all kinds of milestones while in lockdown, and still want to celebrate and let people know they care.”

Gift packages to spoil elderly family members, anniversary picnics, and birthday boxes are just some of the many requests Graze has received in recent weeks.

By offering the same, great service (while adhering to social distancing measures) and collaborating with other local businesses, Graze at Samford has ensured customers can get everything they want in the one place, all while keeping their doors open and staff employed.
